2) Information you provide

You may choose extension settings in the popup, including alert, timer, refresh, and schedule-page helper options.

The extension may also use the current browser tab's sessionStorage to keep temporary page status, such as waiting-room state, portal-check state, detected error state, or refresh-button display state. This temporary state is used for local page behavior and is not intended to persist after the tab session.

You can remove locally stored extension data by clearing the extension's data in Chrome or uninstalling the extension.

5) Server use

USVisaScheduling Portal Helper does not upload visa appointment information, login information, security answers, passport information, DS-160 information, or personal visa application information to Toromedia LLC servers.

If the extension performs a version-support check, that request may include basic technical information such as the installed extension version. This is used only to help determine whether the installed version is supported or needs an update.
